Where we deliver
We deliver to Greece, Cyprus and every other EU country. Every printed book and gift is printed in Europe by our printing partner Gelato, as close to your address as possible, and sent straight to you.
What delivery costs
Standard delivery: €6.90. Where express delivery is offered it costs €9.90, or €3.00 on top of free standard shipping. The price for your country, and any free-delivery offer, is shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
We prepare and check your book within one working day, then it is printed and handed to the carrier. With standard delivery, an order placed today should arrive 12–17 November. These dates are estimates; the dates for your order are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. The last order dates for Christmas are shown on the site.
Digital books
A digital book (PDF) is not shipped: we email you a download link after you have approved your preview. There is no delivery charge.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves the printer we email you the carrier's tracking link.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no progress for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, write to us at info@kos-view.com (with a photo of any damage). We reprint and resend your book free of charge. See also the returns page.
