Personalised books and gifts
Each book and gift is made for one family, so it can't be returned for a change of mind (the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods). Until it goes to print you can still change the text or cancel for a full refund. Every book is checked page by page before it's printed.
Damaged or faulty
If your book or gift arrives damaged or with a printing fault, or a page is not what we promised, send us a photo within 14 days at info@kos-view.com. We reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you if you prefer. Your legal guarantee rights remain.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no progress for 10 working days, contact us and we will resend the book.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the way you paid (card, wallet or voucher), usually within 5 to 10 days. A refund paid with a gift voucher goes back on the voucher.
